I am a software engineer and critical thinker, skeptic and atheist, in that order. I am raising two small boys and trying to share with them the experiences of critical thought being more important than hopeful belief. My softer side allows the fantasy of Santa Claus, but I spend a lot of time with my boys, sharing the process of critical thinking and skepticism, hoping to arm them for their adult life.
