The Demon-Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark is a 1995 book by astrophysicist Carl Sagan. The book explores the scientific method and critical thinking with the intent to discern between true science and pseudoscience. Sagan provides a skeptical analysis towards subjects such as aliens, pseudoscience, religion and gods.
