Legality

This raises concerns over situations where proselytism necessarily accompanies some physical benefit, such as a soup kitchen only feeding those willing to listen to someone proselytize.

Food is not a right, per se. A private organization can give freely based on any criteria it chooses. A KKK soup kitchen, for example, can refuse to give soup to blacks or jews.
