Jim Crow laws
User:Sans Deity mentioned on the Non-Prophets that Phelps was instrumental in abolishing Jim Crow laws in Kansas. This is the first I've heard of this, but if true, it's probably worth adding. --Arensb 09:38, 31 May 2007 (CDT)
