Talk:Flying Spaghetti Monster

Request for Ruling
I took out this paragraph:
- Every time a scientist gets a result, His Noodliness changes the data with his Noodly Appendage to make it look different from the way it actually is.
Later, User:AbortGod effectively put it back in:
- As a consequence every time a scientist gets a result, His Noodliness changes the data with his Noodly Appendage to make it look different, thereby hiding his true being and showing His omnipotence.
I'd like that paragraph to go: the style isn't polished enough. But I don't want to get into an editing war, either. Could one of the wiki admins please rule on whether it should stay or go?

- Question: Is it part of official FSM lore? I can't find the exact phrasing anywhere on the venganza.org site. If it is then I don't see why it can't stay; otherwise, we shouldn't be making it up. We didn't make the story up; we're just writing about it. --Kazim 14:06, 30 July 2006 (MST)
"But what our scientist does not realize is that every time he makes a measurement, the Flying Spaghetti Monster is there changing the results with His Noodly Appendage."
At the end of the Fourth paragraph in the open letter on the front page.
