Looking at this sentence:

"Fasting?! Not only is that a very unhealthy and dangerous practice, it's also very ineffective."

This seems like a bit of an overreaction to me. Isn't the exclamation point a bit much? I didn't get the impression that the guy fasted for 40 days, just that he went without eating for a day or so. While I agree that it's ineffective, I don't think it makes sense to jump to the conclusion that he did anything dangerous. A day without food won't kill ya, or probably even make you sick. --Kazim 08:45, 1 August 2007 (CDT)
