Pentateuch

The Pentateuch is the name for the first five books of the Old Testament: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. According to tradition, the Pentateuch was written by Moses, though almost all serious Biblical scholars dispute this claim.
