Note: I removed the empty categories (arguments for/against God). If you think of any particular examples, we can add them back in.

I also removed the line that said

  • "But that's the old bible (Basically the position that the stupid laws in the old testament are not applicable, because the new testament came to institute a new way. So now all the stupid laws in the new one are the way to go.)"

Obviously that's not going to be the name of the actual article, and if we do get something written then maybe it could just go under Old testament or Biblical laws.

Cite extension

Would it be possible to install the Cite.php MediaWiki extension? This would make it easier to cite sources inline using <ref> tags. --Arensb 13:07, 25 February 2007 (CST)

Why science fiction?

Why is science fiction on the list of requested pages? Does it have a particular connection to atheism or (counter)apologetics? It's linked to from a few pages, but perhaps those should be redirected to Wikipedia --Arensb 20:53, 11 November 2007 (CST)

Appeal to education?

Sorry if this isn't the place, but I wasn't sure where else to ask. Does anyone know of a pre-existing name for a fallacy something along the lines of appeal to education? What I mean is that a typical route for arguments against criticism of the Bible is simply, "Oh, you don't understand it. It takes YEARS OF STUDY to properly understand it." --Zurahn 13:35, 6 September 2008 (CDT)

Perhaps something about esoteric knowledge? Not sure. - dcljr 17:54, 9 September 2008 (CDT)
