What we detect proves that it is impossible to have any passage of days or nights transpiring in the absence of a sun to guage their course against a constantly-moving earth. Without the sun, there can be no "evening and morning" (or days for that matter). Yet the first three days of creation maintain the presence of such measures. Furthermore, we also know the earth did not pre-date the lights in the heavens by any amount of time. The earth is vastly younger than these celestial bodies, despite portrayals to the contrary in Genesis. By implication, these lights were not set for the specific purpose of lighting the earth. The earth is not at the center (or the beginning, for that matter) of the universe in any respect.
  
Here we have god asking questions of Adam and Eve. Right there in the third chapter of the first book of the bible. Why later on did the Vatican think they could pass God off as all knowing? Yes it could be argued that this is God testing Adam and Eve, but was not that pointless, they had already failed the ''"Do not eat from that tree, you will die"'' test.

That has to be proof Adam was super human, 130 years without intercourse. Wow. In Gen 4 Cain and Able are mentioned, in Gen 5 Seth is mentioned only. This seems to add to the evidence of more than one creation myth at play.

This is entire chapter is all the begeting from Adam to Noah. Though the begeting generally starts when the men are in their late first century and they all lived on for many more centuries. Only two things could be possible here, either God had not got round to creating the vectors for carrying illnesses or it is a complete load of made up nonsense.

Genesis is the first book of the part of the Bible Christians call the Old Testament and Jews call the Tanakh. It is likely the most well known book of the Old Testament, although its length makes it one of the more difficult books to read all the way through.
