Chariots of Iron is "a bi-weekly podcast featuring news and topical discussions on atheism, humanism, skepticism, science, religious history, scriptural criticism and (of course) wacky religious antics." The podcast was started in September of 2008 by Lamar, Eli Smith and Joe Prova until June 2010 when Joe left Chariots to focus solely on the show's sister podcast, Atheist News. Through the show's history, the hosts were joined on occasion by guests and semi-regular, Brother Richard.
