The Center for Inquiry (CFI) is a global organization formed to promote and defend reason, science, and freedom of inquiry in all areas of human endeavor.
The group was founded by Paul Kurtz. DJ Groethe is the national director.
Among other enterprises, CFI manages the Council for Secular Humanism and CSICOP, publishes Skeptical Inquirer and Free Inquiry, and runs a podcast show called Point of Inquiry.
