Apocrypha, or apocryphal texts, are books that were not included in the canon.
The New Revised Standard Version of the Bible includes the following apocryphal books:
- Tobit
- Judith
- The Wisdom of Solomon
- Baruch
- Azariah and the Three Jews
- Susanna
- Bel and the Dragon
- 1 Maccabees
- 2 Maccabees
- 1 Esdras
- The Prayer of Manasseh
- Psalm 151—a psalm that was not included in the canonical book of Psalms
- 3 Maccabees
- 2 Esdras
- 4 Maccabees
